Another great seminar around storm water management was held on Oct 24th! ¨It was a great opportunity to get connected with both other researchers and city managers. On 24th of October, Water and Environmental Engineering at the department of Chemical Engineering, VA-teknik Södra organized an inspirational seminar on storm water management in our cities, supported by LU Water, Lund University. The seminar was focusing on a new water paradigm in our cities. It gave open discussion opportunities for researchers, modellers, city planners and managers to reflect on questions of how to make our cities more resilient and livable. ''It is a multidisciplinary problem and we need collaborative planning'' explained speaker Steve Moddemeyer.
New questions and ways of thinking, new tools and solutions as well as policy communication were presented and discussed. The topics were received by a full room of audience from different backgrounds. It is great to see there were so much energy and great discussion! The whole seminar was filmed and we will publish a link once it is ready.
